We cannot treat a child under the age of 13 apart from performing an ear piercing. We would need a parent or guardian's consent to that a child under the age of 16.

Please arrive at least a couple of minutes before your treatment.

If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, you will not be seen as your appointment slot will have passed and your therapist will then be running late for her next appointment. So please ensure you arrive on time.

Your appointment is reserved especially for you. We therefore ask that you notify us at least 48 hours in advance of any cancellation. If not, we reserve the right to charge 50% of the treatment costs. If you don’t turn up for your appointment we will charge 100% of your appointment and you will not be able to rebook until the fee is paid

Please first reflect on your child’s level of patience and their ability to site for the allotted quiet time needed for your treatment.

And please remember we have other clients having a quiet time.

The amount of no shows and cancellations just a few hours before your treatment unfortunately continue week after week and we are unable to fill these at such short noticed.

We therefore require (when booking online) a 50% non-refundable booking deposit which will be redeemed at checkout.

This is not a decision we have taken lightly but as a small business no-shows have a huge impact on us. Thank you for your continuing support and we hope you understand why we have taken this step.

We retain the right to refuse to provide a service to a customer. For example if the client is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or behaving in a manner which is threatening to our therapists.
